The Sweaty Babies want to make all their comedy dreams come true, and they'll do the same for you.  They're funny, talented and have their whole lives ahead of them.  On any given day, the Sweaty Babies just close their eyes and make believe, and they can find a laugh anywhere.

 

Each Sweaty Baby is unique with his/her own style of play and comedy, and together they make comedy magic and DC audiences laugh and go pee-pee in their pants.  They are the funniest and best of friends, and want to continue to do what they love:  comedy.

 

But they need your help.  They live in DC, where costs are high and frowns are galore.  At Laugh Index Theatre, they teach classes, direct teams, direct shows, all while writing, rehearsing and performing too.  The time and cost demands are causing them to grow up too fast and lose sight of the fun.  They're working hard to build a theatre where they can continue to perform regularly and help foster a fun, positive environment where they can train & develop other comedians and ultimately bring more laughter to DC.  But they're babies, and there's only so much they can do on their own.  They just want to make you laugh.
