Trudy Carmichael
NYC, Magnet Theater
June 02, 2018
Musical Improv
Based upon an audience suggestion of a female historical figure (fictional or non) and their own personal objects, Las vegas lounge singer, Trudy Carmichael weaves together an entirely original musically improvised One-Woman Show ON THE SPOT!

Trudy Carmichael is a brash, glamorous lover-of-all-things-fabulous alter-ego that I created 10+ years ago after a trip to the now defunct Barbary Coast Casino on the southern end of the Las Vegas Strip. She made her first appearance in the Las Vegas-inspired musical improv revue, The Royal Flushes at The Upright Citizens Brigade in 2005. She continued to perform in comedy and Cabaret Venues around NYC before landing a permanent gig at The Magnet Theater, NYC as the host of the Musical Improv Mixer in 2009 for The First Annual New York Musical Improv Festival, which she hosts to this day!
